자료포락분석(DEA)을 이용한 연구개발특구별 특화분야 적정성 분석 : 연구소기업 경영성과를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

연구소기업은 연구개발특구의 고유 사업화 모델로 2006년 1호 기업 탄생이후, 2023년 6월까지 누적 등록갯수 1,669개를 돌파했다. 제3차 특구육성종합계획의 광역특구별 특화 육성계획에 따라 특화분야 맞춤형 연구소기업 설립이 활성화되면서 특화분야에 대한 중요성이 높아졌다. 따라서 연구소기업의 성과를 중심으로 각 연구개발특구에 설정 된 특화분야 육성현황을 분석했다. DEA 방법의 CCR 모델을 통해 상대적 효율성을 분석했고 DEA/AP 모델을 통해 초효율성 순위분석을 실시했다. 분석 결과 총 5개 연구개발특구 중, 부산연구개발특구의 특화분야가 타 연구개발특구에 비해 적절히 설정됐음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 초효율성 순위분석 결과 실제로 우수기업으로 꼽히는 연구소기업이 극상위권을 차지하였다. 본 연구를 통해 연구개발특구별 특화분야의 적절성을 파악하고, 향후 경쟁력 제고를 위한 시사점을 얻을 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Since the birth of the No. 1 company in 2006, the number of research-based Spin-off Company, which is a unique commercialization model of the INNOPOLIS, has surpassed 1,669 cumulative registrations by June 2023. The importance of the specialized field has increased as the establishment of customized research institute companies in the specialized field has been activated in accordance with the specialized development plan for each regional special zone of the 3rd Special Zone Development Comprehensive Plan. Therefore, we analyzed the status of fostering specialized fields established in each INNOPOLIS, focusing on the performance of research-based Spin-off Company. Relative efficiency was analyzed through the CCR model of the DEA method and super-efficiency ranking analysis was performed through the DEA/AP model. As a result of the analysis, it was found that among a total of five INNOPOLIS, the specialized fields of the Busan INNOPOLIS were appropriately set compared to other INNOPOLIS. In addition, as a result of the super-efficiency ranking analysis, research institute companies, which are actually considered excellent companies, ranked at the top. Through this study, it will be possible to grasp the appropriateness of specialized fields for each INNOPOLIS and obtain implications for enhancing competitiveness in the future.
