늑막의 원발성 지방육종: 증례 보고 = Pleural Liposarcoma: Case Report

Primary liposarcomas of the pleura are extremely rare soft tissue sarcomas, for
which radiographic findings have been reported in only a few cases.
Although liposarcomas occur most commonly in the lower extremities and retroperitoneum,
we encountered a case of pleural liposarcoma arising in the right hemithorax,
invading the medial basal segment of the right lower lobe.
Thus, herein we report a case of primary pleural liposarcoma, along with a review of
the literature.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

늑막의 원발성 지방육종은 매우 드문 연조직육종으로 이 종양에 대한 방사선학적 소견은 드물게 보고되었다. 지방육
종은 주로 하지와 후복막에 잘 생기는 것으로 알려져 있지만 최근 저자들은 우측 늑막에서 발생한 지방육종이 우하엽
의 내측폐를 침입한 경우를 경험하였다. 이에 저자들은 문헌고찰과 함께 극히 드물게 발생되는 늑막의 원발성 지방육
종을 보고하고자 한다.
