문화예술교육을 적용한 교양과목이 대학생의 핵심역량에 미치는 효과 = The Effect of the Liberal Arts Applied Arts and Cultural Education on the Core Competency of University Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 문화예술교육적 방법론을 교양과목에 적용하여 개발한 문화예술창작 교양과목의 효과를 대학생의 핵심역량, 즉 자기표현, 자긍심, 자기주도성, 문제해결력, 창의성 등의 차원에서 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구의 표집대상은 G시에 소재한 G대학교의 교양과목을 수강한 247명의 학생들이다. 연구방법으로는 실험집단 1개와 비교집단 2개에 대해 사전사후 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 문화예술창작 교양과목의 경우 사전-사후 변화량에서 6개 핵심역량 모두에서 문화예술향유 교양과목, 일반 교양과목보다 향상된 결과를 보여주었고, 통계적으로 의미있는 결과를 보인 핵심역량은 자긍심, 자기주도성, 문제해결력 등이었다. 그리고 사전-사후 변화량에서 집단간 의미있는 차이를 보인 핵심역량으로는 자긍심, 자기주도성 등이었다. 본 연구결과를 반영, 대학 교양 과목에 대한 문화예술교육의 특성을 반영한 적용과 관련하여 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 하였다.

The state needs to The purpose of this study was to analyse the effect of arts and cultural education liberal arts about the core competency of university students, namely self-expression, self-esteem, self-directedness, problem-solving, creativity. Participants were 247 university students taking liberal arts classes in the G University of G city. The results of this study were summarized as follows. This study used pre-to-post variance analysis to the 1 experimental group and 2 comparative groups. First, core competencies having significant results statistically were self-esteem, self-directedness, problem-solving in the pre-to-post of the experimental group. Second, core competencies having significant results statistically were self-esteem, self-directedness in the pre-to-post among the group. Implications related to the application of arts and cultural education about liberal arts were discussed for the a follow-up study.
