자원기반이론의 흐름과 이슈: 전략경영연구 게재논문을 중심으로 = Trends and Issues in Resource-based theory: Focusing on Publications at Strategic Management Journal

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 자원기반이론의 흐름과 이슈를 정리하고 전략경영연구에서 발표된 자원기반이론 관련 실증연구를 David and Han(2004)과 Newbert(2007)의 방법론을 이용하여 분석했다. 그 결과 자원기반이론의 약점으로 지적되어 온 정태적 속성, 동어반복적 속성, 측정의 문제를 극복하기 위한 시도가 1999～2017년에 발표된 국내 연구에서 이루어지고 있음을 발견했다. 이에 본 연구는 앞으로 자원기반이론 진화의 경로에 있어서 이 이론의 발전과 보완을 위한 다양한 시도가 이루어질 경우 많은 연구 기회가 존재할 것이라고 제안한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study reviewed the trends and issues in resource-based theory, and investigated empirical papers on this theory published at Strategic Management Journal following David and Han (2004) and Newbert (2007)'s methodology. Based on data, this study found that those empirical papers published during 1999~2017 have dealt with the issues about the soundness of resource-based theory, such as lack of dynamism, tautology, and measurement ambiguity. This study suggests that many research opportunities may exist in the evolutionary path of resource-based theory.
