지역사회 인구소멸 문제해결을 위한 리빙랩 적용 방안 - 고등학교 고시외 과목 개발과 운영을 중심으로 - = A Study on the Application of Living Lab to solve the problem of population extinction in the community - Focusing on the development and operation of non-examination subjects in high school -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Among the problems of the local community in Korea, the most interesting is the problem of local extinction due to the phenomenon of population concentration in the metropolitan area. Population concentration in large cities increases the gap with the provinces and causes problems in various aspects such as society, politics, and economy. Therefore, this study attempted to approach the problem of local population extinction from an educational perspective and focused on the local settlement of local youth, that is, high school students.
As a methodology to solve this problem, we tried to propose a plan to utilize subjects other than high school exams by applying the Living Lab technique, which consists of a partnership in which citizens, companies, and local institutions cooperate. Living Lab is a technique that has recently been in the spotlight again and is regarded as a means to solve community problems.
The following effects can be expected through the planning and implementation of subjects other than high school exams suggested by this study. First, diversification of education and increase of practicality, second, regional specialized education, third, strengthening links with local industries, fourth, forming a sense of community and social bonds, fifth, strengthening start-ups and self-reliance capabilities, and sixth, utilizing cultural assets and tourism resources.
In the long run, it is expected that the problem of local extinction currently experienced in Korea can be somewhat resolved by providing conditions and opportunities for local teenagers to settle in the region without leaving their area.
