지적(cadastre)의 어원에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

지적어원(origins of cadastre)에 대하여 재해석에 직면하고 있는 인식의 전환을 해소하기 위하여 논리적 접근과 대응이 그 어느 때보다 시급한 상황이다. 따라서 지적(cadastre)의 어원을 사전적 의미 및 학자들의 견해를 조사ㆍ분석하고 이를 토대로 지적의 발생설에 입각하여 합리적이고 바람직한 지적의 어원을 재검토 및 재인식하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 실현하기 위하여 지적어원에 관한 시각의 변화 및 접근 틀, 지적어원의 발생론적 검토 및 한계, 지적어원에 대한 새로운 인식 등으로 구분하여 지적어원을 재조명하였다. 연구범위는 지적발생설과 지적어원에 한정하고, 조사방법은 문헌조사를 통한 2차 자료를 수집하였고 이를 기반으로 이론적 기초를 정립되었으며, 접근방법은 서술적 접근방법과 비교론적 접근방법을 적용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같은 관점 및 내용에서 검토하였다. 첫째, 지적어원에 대한 시각의 변화와 접근 틀은 시각의 변화, 지적의 발생설과 어원의 관계, 지적어원의 접근 틀 차원에서 검토되었다. 둘째, 지적어원의 발생론적 검토 및 한계는 과세설, 지배설, 그리고 치수설 관점의 지적어원 및 한계 등의 차원에서 접근하였다. 셋째, 지적어원에 대한 새로운 인식은 발생론, 논리성, 그리고 거시적 접근을 고려한 지적어원의 인식전환 등의 관점에서 이루어졌다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In order to solve a pending perception change which the origins of cadastre is confronted with, The logical approach and the response is a urgent matter now. Accordingly this study aims to review and recognize of resonable and desirable origins of cadastre from occurrence theory of cadastre through the investigation and analysis of meaning in the dictionary and the viewpoint of scholars of origins of cadastre. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, origins of cadastre was suggested in the change of perspective, approach framework, review and limitation based on occurrence theory of origins of cadastre and new perspective of origins of cadastre. The research scope was limited into occurrence theory of cadastre and origins of cadastre. Survey was carried on through collecting the secondary research data by literature review was established theoretical foundation based on it, and descriptive and comparative access are applied jointly as the access ways. The conclusions of the study are produced from 3 following aspects as follows: First, the change of perspective and approach framework of origins of cadastre are examined in terms of the change of perspective, the relationship between occurrence theory and origins of cadastre, approach framework of origins of cadastre. Second, review and limitation of occurrence theory of origins of cadastre is approached in terms of taxation theory, rule theory, flood theory of origins of cadastre and limitation. Third, new perspective of origins of cadastre is accomplished in terms of occurrence theory, the logic, the change of perspective of origins of cadastre considering macro approach.
