항강박제의 정맥투여 = Intravenous Anti-obsessive Agents：A Review

국문 초록 (Abstract)

경구용 약제나 인지행동치료에 치료저항성을 보이는 강박증은 정신과의 흔한 임상적 문제점이다. 이전의 연구결과들은 강박증에 대한 정맥투여제로서 clomipramine과 citalopram의 여러 이점을 보여준다. 또한 내과적인 문제에 대한 고려와 심혈관의 모니터링을 제외하고는 외래치료 상황에서도 시행할 수 있으므로 유용한 치료적 도구가 될 수 있을 것이다. 현재 국내에는 강박증을 위한 주사용 약물이 없으나 기존의 국외 연구결과들을 살펴본다면, 심한 강박증의 치료를 위한 정신과적 수술요법과 같은 침습적인 치료 이전에 시행해 볼 가치가 있을 것으로 생각된다.

Oral(p.o.) administration has a delayed onset time of several weeks and moderate efficacy in obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD), therefore a more rapidly effective treatment is required. The aim of this paper was to review available data detailing the clinical outcome of intravenously administered antiobsessional drug in OCD patients. Review of the research indicates that i.v.(intravenous) administration exhibits a faster onset and greater improvement than p.o. administration. I.v. Pulse administration showed clinically significantly faster onset than i.v. gradual administration. I.v. administration was safe and rapidly effective in treatment resistant OCD patients and might be a valuable new treatment.
