Up to date, no effective therapeutics of bovine besnoitiosis has been reported. Authors conducted these experiments to find out the therapeutic efficacy of both Antimony and Sulfanilamide complex by parenteral administration respectively to goats, which were artificially infected with proliferative organisms of low passage level bovine strains of Besnoitia, besnoiti grown in rabbits. Therapeutic, injections were made during period of febrile reaction and the histopathological examination was made in 35 days of infection. The results obtained were as follows: 1) Goats treated with 1% solution of Antimony made a good recovery from clinical signs. Goats treated with Sulfanilamide complex were not shown clinical responses that mentioned above. 2) Histopathologically, no growing cyst was found in any tissues of goats treated with Antimony and Sulfanilamide complex on a series of sections, but several cysts found in those of untreated ones.
