국제기술협력을 통한 우리나라 중소기업 기술혁신력강화 방안에 관한 연구 = EU의 EUREKA 사례분석을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

중소기업들은 일반적으로 여러 가지 재정적 제약을 가지고 있다. 이러한 재정적 제약을 극복하는 한 방안으 로서 중소기업이 성공적으로 존속하기 위해서는 무엇보다 뛰어난 기술 혁신력을 가지는 것이 중요하다고 할수 있다. 중소기업들은 대기업에 비해 기술혁신력이 부족한 것으로 알고 있지만, 중소기업의 강점을 활용하여 오히려 기술혁신 력을 지닐 수 도 있다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 중소기업들의 기술혁신력 강화를 위해서 EU권과의 국제기술협력을 활용하는 방안을 찾는데 연구목적을 둔다. 본 연구는 6장으로 되어 있다. 제 2장에서는 중소기업 기술혁신력에 대한 이론적 배경을 살펴보았으며 제 3장에서는 중소기업 기술혁신력과 국제기술협력에 대해서 알아보았다. 제 4장에서는 연구배경 그리고 제 5장에서는 EU권 중소기업들의 EUREKA를 통한 기술혁신력 강화 사례분석이 이루어졌다. 마지 막 6장에서는 결론 및 시사점을 도출하였다.

SME have typically different financial constraints. However, small company need technological innovation in order to survive. The Purpose of this paper is to strengthen their technology innovation of Korean SMEs through international technological cooperation with the EU. This study has six chapters. Section 2 deals with the innovation force about the theoretical background for SME and Chapter 3 is innovation force and international technical cooperation in SME. Chapter 4 consist of methods. And Chapter 5 is the case study of european SMES, which attain enhancing technical innovation through the EUREKA Project. Finally Chapter 6 is discussed conclusions and implications.
