국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 기혼 여성의 문제음주와 부모의 알코올 중독, 원가족부모와의 애착, 우울간의 관 계를 규명하여 기혼여성의 문제음주를 예방하고 사회복지적 개입방안을 모색하고자 실시되었 다. 이를 위해 초등학생 자녀를 양육하고 있는 기혼 여성 1889명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시 하였고, 이 중에서 불성실하거나 잔차값이 높은 설문지를 제외하고 1140부만이 최종분석에서 활용되었다. 연구결과를 요약해보면, 첫째, 원가족 부모와의 애착이 기혼여성의 문제음주에 직 접적인 영향을 미치지 않지만 우울을 매개로 하여 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 원가족 부모와의 애착은 부모의 알코올 중독과 우울사이를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 부모의 알코올 중독은 기혼여성의 문제음주에 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 않았고, 원가 족 부모와의 애착, 우울을 매개로 하여 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 하여 사회복지적 개입방안에 대해서 논하였다.

This study analyzes the effects of parental alcoholism on married women’s problem drinking as well as the mediation effects of the family of origin parents’ attachment and depression in order to seek social welfare intervention methods. For this study, it is carried out a survey targeting 1140 mother of primary school age children. Furthermore, Structural Equation Modeling analysis, using the AMOS 18.0 statistic program, was also conducted in order to verify the mediation effect of family of origin parents’ attachment and depression relations within the parents' alcohol addiction and married women’s problem drinking. The depression have indirect mediation effect between the family of origin parents’ attachment and married women’s problem drinking. The the family of origin parents’ attachment have indirect mediation effect between parental alcoholism and depression. And The the family of origin parents’ attachment and depression have indirect mediation effect between parental alcoholism and married women’s problem drinking. Based on the above results, this study discusses social welfare intervention strategies in order to married women’s problem drinking.
