초등학교 중간관리자의 교육리더십 역할기대와 역할수행에 대한 연구 = The Middle Manager\ s Role-expectation and Role-performance on the Educational Leadership in the Elementary School

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 초등학교조직에 있어서 중간관리층(교감과 부장교사)의 교육리더십 역할을 통한 역할기대와 역할수행의 차이를 분석하였다. 초등학교 중간관리자(교감, 부장교사)가 지각한 교육리더십 역할기대와 역할수행 간에는 차이가 있었으며, 역할기대가 역할수행보다 높았다. 성별의 경우 역할기대와 역할수행 모두 유의미한 차이가 없었으나, 경력별과 직급별의 경우는 역할수행에서만 차이가 있었으며, 교직경력이 높을수록, 교감이 역할수행이 높았다. 교육리더십 하위영역별 모두 역할기대와 역할수행 간 에 차이가 있었으며, 모두 역할기대가 역할수행보다 높았다. 또한 중간관리자 교육리더십 역할기대와 역할수행 간 관계 모형은 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과, 초등학교조직에서 중간관리층에 있는 교장과 부장교사는 자기 자신에 대한 교육리더십 역할에 대한 기대를 갖고 역할수행의 참여를 기대하고 있지만, 중간관리자로서 충분히 역할수행을 발휘하지 못하고 있음을 알 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this paper is to investigate middle manager\ s perceptual differences between role-expectation and role-performance on the educational leadership in the Elementary School. The data were collected from vice-principals and head teachers of elementary schools in Gyeonggi-Do and Chungcheongbuk-Do. A total 209 questionnaires out of 250 distributed were collected and analyzed. The data collected were analyzed by paired t-test, one-way ANOVA, and structural equation modeling analyses through the SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 5.0 statistical program. The results from the analysis appeared as follows: a) There was a significant differences between role-expectation and role-performance of middle manager\ s educational leadership. b) There was not a significant differences by sex, career, and status in role-expectation of middle manager\ s educational leadership. And There was a significant differences by career and status in role-expectation of middle manager\ s educational leadership, but not a significant differences by sex. c) There was a significant differences between role-expectation and role-performance of middle manager\ s educational leadership sub-factors. d) Structural equation modeling analyses showed that the relation model between role-expectation and role-performance of middle manager\ s educational leadership was fitness, and role-expectation predicted role-performance. by using model fitness index(GFI .91, NFI .90, RMSEA .06).
