農機械示範團地運營에 關한 事例調査硏究 = A Case Study on Operation Status of Farm Mechanization Implementation in Demonstration Districts

From point of implementation of farm mechanization view, this research study find out problems and attemps to present the desirable or rational policy indicator or direction.
First, the establishment of demonstration districts for farm mechanization should be based on an adequate operation unit related to the resonable distance and scatter of arable land conditions.
Second, the operation for farm mecanization implementation should be based on ratio of opitimum combination by farm machine and improvement of cropping pattern.
Third, the diversified farming type should be introduced for high rate of farm mechanization in demonstration districts.
Fourth, Goverment subsidy and loan should be related of considered for setting of farm machinery fare in demonstration districts.
Fifth, joint farming should be organized for the efficient operation of farm mechanization in demonstration districts.
Sixth, the specified and excellent leader should be kept for operation and management of farm mechanization in demonstration districts.
