This is a handbook of the history of Protestantism in Peru. It woul help as an introduction of Christianity in Latin America and helps to understand the influence of Spanish Catholicism in South America.
From the Conquest of Peru to the Republic period, it deals with the setting and control of Catholicism in Peru and the continuos dominion of Spanish religion until the indepence of Peru and Latin America.
The Republic period open the door for the arriving of mission movements and societies. Also deals with the struggles of setting the protestants denominations in Peru.
Finally it focus the brief participation of evangelicals in a democratic republic.
