성공적인 e-learning을 위한 컨텐츠 개발전략 : 공군의 개발과정을 중심으로 = The content development strategy for successful e-learning

국문 초록 (Abstract)

e-learning을 성공적으로 운영하기 위해서는 e-learning체제를 구성하고 있는 '조직 및 인력운영', '컨텐츠 개발', '교수－학습 운영', '인프라 구축' 및 '지원체제' 등의 주요영역을 중심으로 각 영역과 하위요소들 간의 유기적이고 긍정적인 상호작용이 일어나도록 고려해야 한다. 특히 컨텐츠 개발 영역은 e-learning의 질을 좌우할 가장 핵심적인 분야로 이를 성공적으로 개발하기 위해서는 각 조직의 e-learning 상황 및 특성 맞는 개발전략의 수립이 필요하다.
본 연구에서는 문헌분석을 통해 컨텐츠 개발 시 고려해야 할 다양한 요인 및 국내 주요기관의 컨텐츠 개발전략을 분석하였으며, 이를 토대로 컨텐츠 개발방식에 따른 각 단계별 고려사항 및 결과물에 대한 평가방법 등을 포함하는 양질의 컨텐츠를 확보하기 위한 개발전략을 제시하였다.

In order to successfully manage e-learning system, it is necessary to consider the organic and positive interactions between the main field of e-learning such as "organization and human resource management", "contents development". "instructing-learning management", "infrastructure establishment", "support system" and other factors of the sub-field. Especially contents development field is a core area that determines the quality of e-learning system. It is crucial to consider the differences in each organization's e-learning property and establishing different development strategies.
This study presents factors that should be considered in contents development and analyzes major domestic organizations over documents. Based on the analysis, this study also suggests development strategies to secure quality contents including product valuation method and considerable matters at each development stage.
