중소기업전략유형과 조직문화, 경영성과간의 관련성 = A Study on the Relationships among Strategy types, Organizational Culture and Performance in Medium and Small Firms

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 중소기업의 전략유형과 조직문화가 경영성과에 미치는 영향과 전략유형이 조직문화에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자하였다. 실증분석결과, 기술혁신형과 품목다변화형의 경우 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 기술혁신과 품목다변화의 정도가 높은 기업이 낮은 기업에 비해 경영성과가 더욱 높게 나타났다. 그리고 기술혁신형은 혁신적 문화와 지원적 문화에 영향을 미쳤으며, 품목다변화형은 지원적 문화, 생산중점형은 관료적 문화에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 전략유형의 정도에 따라서 문화정도의 차이도 있는 것으로 나타났다. 더불어 조직문화는 경영성과에 영향을 미치며, 혁신문화와 지원문화 정도의 높은 추구는 경영성과를 개선할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.
본 연구의 결과는 기술혁신형과 품목다변화형으로의 강도 높은 변화의 필요성이 존재하며 조직문화에 있어서도 혁신문화와 지원문화의 형성이 중요하다고 할 수 있으므로, 전략유형의 변화를 추구하면서 이에 적합한 조직문화의 형성을 통해서 궁극적으로 경영성과의 개선을 가져올 수 있음을 나타내고 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between Strategy Types, Corporate Culture and firm's performances. Therefore, this study are to investigate whether firm's performances are significant difference by Strategy Types and whether Corporate Culture are significant difference by Strategy Types and to investigate whether firm's performances are significant difference by Corporate Culture.
The results of this study indicate that Strategy Types were effected on firm's performances and firms who have the higher Strategy Types are partially higher than lower Strategy Types on the firm's performances. And, Strategy Types were effected on Corporate Culture. Finally, Corporate Culture were effected on firm's performances and firms who have the higher Corporate Culture are partially higher than lower Corporate Culture on the firm's performances.
Eventually, we could find the fact that firm's performance has improved by Corporate Culture and Strategy Types.
