오르프 음악치료활동이 알코올 중독자 자녀의 자기표현력 증진에 미치는 효과 = The Effect of Orff-Based Music Therapy on the Self-Expression of Children of Alcohol-Dependent Parents

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 오르프 음악치료활동이 알코올 중독자 자녀의 자기표현력 증진에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위하여 알코올 중독자의 자녀 4명을 선별하여 진행되었다. 연구의 내용은 김성회(1990)의 자기표현행동척도 검사와 연구자에 의하여 작성된 자기표현행동 관찰척도의 행동 빈도를 측정하였으며, 연구 중 관찰을 토대로 한 아동의 행동 변화가 분석되었다. 연구의 결과는 자기표현행동 척도 검사의 사전, 사후 결과가 긍정적인 자기표현의 방향으로 증가하였으며, 자기표현행동 관찰 척도의 빈도 역시 연구가 진행 될수록 자발적이고, 적극적인 형태로 증가하였다. 이러한 결과들은 오르프 접근법에 기초한 음악 치료가 알코올 중독자의 자녀의 자기표현력 향상에 도움을 줄 수 있음을 보여준다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of Orff-based music therapy on the self-expression of children of alcohol-dependent parents. Four school-aged children participated in the Orff music therapy program which provided them with the structured opportunities to express themselves through rhythmic speech, movement, singing, and instrument playing. Self-expression behavior scales were measured before and after the program. Observational data of participants' behaviors from each session were also collected. The results showed that all participants made increased ratings on the self-expression scales. Also, behavioral observation data demonstrated that participants' positive self-expression behaviors increased after participating in the music
therapy program. Findings from this study indicate that Orff-based music therapy may be an effective intervention to improve self-expression of children of alcohol-dependent parents.
