This Article examines a differential hypothesis in the victimization process of homosexual marriage couple. In recent, homosexual marriage in the U.S.A. suggests various worldwide debates.
The main assumption in this study is that homosexuality has a different innate victimization process as a sexual and gender identity disorders lited in the DSM. Futhermore, these processes are so suitable with general theories of victimization ; victim precipitation theory, lifestyle theory, deviant place theory, and routine activity theory etc..
So-called hate crimes highlight this problem. As compared to non-hate crimes, bias crimes and verbal assaults are believed to create more psychological distress. Furthermore, such crimes may impart to the homosexual victim a sense oi danger and even loathing of an aspect of the self that could otherwise be a source of pleasure and pride.
It is desirable that we should affirm the value of the desire to change sexual orientation, and have to reestablish all systems with legal, ecomic, social supports and new functions of the criminal justice agencies.
Consequently, it is required that homosexual individuals will be helped to think better of themselves, and greater attention can be directed to the problems they have, rather than to the issue of homosexual marriage.
