서울시 일반주거지역 공동주택 층수 분석을 통한 높이관리 개선방안 모색 연구 = A Study on the Improvement of Height Control System through Analyzing Height of Apartment Buildings in Residential Area in Seoul

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Rebuilt or redeveloped apartment buildings in general residential area is generally rebuilt high-rise buildings which are allowed by current building code. It sometimes makes our residential area to be uniform in height and disharmony with surroundings. The building height decided by rebuilt or redeveloped apartment buildings is currently unpredictable in the sense that it periodically yields buildings that are so out-of-scale with their surroundings that they produce negative effects on neighborhood character in the form of reduced light and air on nearby streets and creating unattractive urban landscape. The purpose of this research is to exactly define what are the problems caused by height decided by rebuilt or redeveloped apartment buildings in the general residential area in Seoul.
