기독교가정 영유아 부모 자녀양육에 대한 실태조사 = A Study on Investigation of Parents Having Infants and Young Children in Christian Familes.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to help Christian parents raise their children more faithfully under Christianity. I investigated Christian parents and assessed their attitudes toward bringing up their children according to religion. The subjects of this study were 555 Christian homes having infants and young children living in Seoul and the suburbs of Seoul. The findings of the inquiry is as follows.
Statistically, fathers and mothers don't show meaningful differences in their attitude towards on bringing up children. However, they do show that a nurturing parent attitude rather than a controlling parent attitude and mothers are significantly kinder to children than fathers.
According to the results of this research, most Christian parents don't raise their children in God's words. It means Parents' faith, expectations, conception of life, and attitude toward bringing up children are not established in Christianity. Also, they don't carry out family worship nor do they even realize the importance of it.
Therefore, the responsibility of church is emphasized to educate parents to help them their children in Christianity.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 영․유아기 자녀를둔 기독교가정 부모의 양육태도와 자녀양육과 관련된 신앙생활상태를 알아보아 부모가 자녀를 하나님의 자녀로 더욱 잘 양육 하도록 돕고자 함이 그 목적이다. 연구대상은 서울 경인지역에 거주 하고있는 영유아를둔 부모로서 기독교신자인 555 가정을 중심으로 이루어 졌다. 연구 결과, 부모­자녀관계에서 부모의 양육태도는 부모 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었으나 통제적 양육태도보다는 온정적 양육태도를 보였다. 또한 어머니가 아버지보다는 더 온정적 양육태도를 보이는 것은 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 부모의 신앙생활과 관련된 자녀양육상태는 대부분의 부모가 하나님 말씀안에서 자녀를 잘 양육하고 있지않은 것으로 나타났다.즉, 부모의 신념, 부모의 기대, 자녀양육관이 기독교 세계관 안에서 확립되어 있지 못하고 있었으며, 부모들은 가정예배의 중요성을 인식하지 못하여 실천하지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 바람직한 기독교 가정의 부모­자녀관계를 위해 교회의 책임이 더욱 강조되는 것으로 나타났다.
