장애인복지시설이 지역경제에 미치는 효과 연구 : -서울 장애인복지관을 중심으로 = A research on the Riffling Effect to Regional Economy of Welfare Institution for the Disabled

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

If we are going to make an analysis on the spillover effect of the welfare facility (welfare institution) to the local economy, we need to group them into two classes in accordance with the functions they perform; one is operating on the pure public purpose and the other is emphasizing on the cultural/leisure activities. The analysis tool for measuring the effect should also be applied differently according to the purpose it pursue. This study is aimed at the research for the spillover effect on the local economy as a result of establishment and operation of the Kangnam welfare institution for the disabled, putting emphasis on its industrial relationship, triggering effects on production added value and employment in the region. In the methodological approach, the regional industry interrelationship matrix was used so that the regional developmental project like the welfare business for the disabled which is characterized by its public function and is therefore supported by governmental budget in its establishment and operation, may be measured by the same standards.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

서울 장애인복지관을 중심으로 설립 및 운영이 지역경제에 미치는 직ㆍ간접 효과의 정도를 생산유발ㆍ부가가치유발ㆍ고용유발효과를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 또 지역산업연관표를 활용함으로써 지역단위 개발사업이 지역사회에 미치는 파급효과를 분석하는 하나의 툴이 될 수 있을 것이며, 공익적 특성에 의해 정부의 건립 및 운영비 지원이 이루어지고 있는 시설사업에 대한 효과를 측정하고 파급효과의 정도를 판단하는 기준이 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
