It is a general cognitive that fundamental goal of treatment for chronic mental disorders is adaptation to normal social life living at maximum for late 20 years.
Furthermore, these trends are extend to social psychiatry, O.P.D. control, and rehabilitation’s medicine
The author studied of social psychiatric evaluation for patients and their relativity which contents of male 168 female 75.
Results were as following:
1. Patients age ranging was occupied under 30 year old in each male and female group.
2. Status of education was generally 12 grades
3. Numbers of Hospitalization were ranged one or twice, rarely 5 time in 13 cases approximately 13%.
4. Expectation for future plan of patients were almost hopeless status.
5. Sponcers attitude toward patients were rather that the patients stay quiet. 6. Sponcers attitude in anxiety of patients were difficulties in economic, 16.4%, treatment in family 15.9% and recurrences of psychoses, suspicious of remission etc.
7. Readmission rate to Mental Hospital 74%, 92.5% respectively that were in under 1 year and 3 years, found and three years after discharge, recurrent was found less.
