다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract) kakao i 다국어 번역

The dictionary definition of political power is as follows: It refers to the ability or capacity to exercise authority
and influence within a national or social sphere. Political power is most commonly manifested in the realm of the
state or government in an intangible form. However, more broadly, it can also exist within various organizations or
groups in society. Political power serves as the driving force that enables the control of behavior, maintenance of
order, allocation of resources, and promotion of change through norms, laws, and policies. There are several core
elements that constitute political power. First is authority— the capacity to establish norms or rules that people are
expected to obey or follow. Governments or political leaders must be recognized as having the authority to enact
and enforce laws and policies. Without such recognition, governance and control are not possible. Political power
plays a role in guiding or compelling members of society to behave in certain ways. This is achieved through legal
coercion or social pressure, and based on this, the distribution of resources takes place. Above all, political power
has a profound impact on how resources are allocated. Through government policies—particularly in the form of
economic policies—political power determines how financial and social welfare resources are distributed. As a result,
political power exerts significant influence in the social sphere, having the capacity to shape public opinion and
attitudes. Additionally, it can affect people's perceptions and values through media, education, and political
      campaigns.
