성별에 따른 진로포부와 진로미래의 관계에서 자기개념 명확성의 조절효과 = The Relation between Career Aspiration and Career Future: The Gender Differences Moderating role of Self-Concept Clarity

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 적응적인 진로행동의 예측변인으로서 진로포부의 기능에 대하여 알아보고자 진로포부와 진로미래의 관계에서 자기개념 명확성의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 남성 참가자들은 예측대로 진로포부와 진로미래의 관계에서 자기개념 명확성의 조절효과가 유의미하였으나, 여성 참가자의 경우에는 자기개념 명확성의 조절효과가 나타나지 않았다. 이는 남성과 여성이 포부를 형성하는 과정에서 차이가 있음을 보여주는 결과로 진로포부가 적응적이고 낙관적인 진로미래로 이어지기 위해서는 성별에 따른 타협과정을 고려한 차별적인 개입이 필요함을 시사해주고 있다. 본 연구는 우선 진로포부가 적응적인 진로행동을 위한 선행변인으로 기능할 수 있음을 밝혀내었으며, 진로포부의 발달과정을 이해하고 적응적으로 기능하도록 개입하는데 성차를 고려해야 하는 중요성을 보여주었다는데 의의가 있다.
