청소년복지권의 성격과 증진 방안연구 = A Study of the Nature and Promoting Youth Welfare Rights

Welfare rights for Youth is one of the social rights. Compared with adults it youth welfare rights very important, but it is a weak situation for discussion. Youth Welfare Rights are comprehensive futuristic outlook, along with the current of the state and society in that it must be a real and right to intimate life right now, as well as laws and institutions also. This study will first clarify the nature and character of the provisions youth welfare rights as social rights to organize and proposes measures to promote and improve the welfare rights of youth based on it. Accordingly, this research are: 1) examine the concept and characteristics of youth welfare rights in the extension of the child welfare rights 2) youth welfare rights derive the content and type to be discussed and put an orientation to pursue this, and 3) in the scope of welfare, they discussed youth``s welfare rights, and suggested an alternative to promote their welfare rights as follows: The first, a welfare rights education for the correct youth welfare rights improved. The second is the expansion of the youth rights as the future goes beyond individual rights and social rights. The third is the development of practical welfare programs. The fourth is youth welfare rights should be enact an ordinance for each autonomous region.
