코로나바이러스감염증-19 팬데믹 시대 민간경비 업무 환경에 대한 질적연구 : 출입통제 민간경비원을 대상으로 = A qualitative study on the working environment of private security in the era of COVID-19 pandemic: for access control private security guards

국문 초록 (Abstract)

민간경비 산업의 발전은 소극적 위험방지에서 적극적 안전확보에 대한 활동의 확장에 따른 결과이다. 범죄예방활동 외에 계약자의 생명·신체·재산의 보호 활동과 관련된 업무 외에도 공공안전에 기여하면서 발전되었다. 유례없는 코로나바이러스감염증-19에 대한 대유행은 민간경비가 제공하는 안전과 관련해 심각한 위협이 되었다. 코로나바이러스감염증-19는 범죄와 유사하게 민간경비와 관련된 생명·신체·재산과 안전을 위협하는 요소 중 하나가 되었으며 관련 업무의 발생은 민간경비업무에 영향을 미치고 있다. 코로나바이러스감염증-19는 공적인 측면과 사적인 측면 모두에 영향을 주고 있다. 사적으로는 자신의 감염예방을 위한 추가적인 시간을 소비해야 하며, 심리적으로는 감염에 대한 두려움으로 인해 적극적인 대면 서비스의 한계를 가져왔다. 공적으로는 방역과 예방 그리고 확진자 발생에 따른 확진자 동선 확인까지 추가적인 업무가 발생하였다. 이와 같이, 사회적 재난으로 인한 사적영역의 위협을 예방하는 현대 민간경비업무가 포함되어 업무가 변화됨에 따라 본 연구에서는 코로나바이러스감염증-19 팬데믹에 대해 반구조화된 질문과 심층 인터뷰를 통해 민간경비원의 업무 인식을 조사하였다. 우선, 코로나바이러스감염증-19 감염증과 관련된 방역업무가 민간경비업무에 속하는가에 대해 대부분은 민간경비 업무로 인지하고 있었다. 또한 다른 직업군에 비하여 경비업무가 감염에 더 취약하다고 인식하고 있었다. 이외에도 코로나바이러스감염증-19 방역지침 위반에 따른 출입통제와 관련된 민간경비원이 강제적인 권한에 있어 한계가 존재함에 따라 적극적인 제지를 못한다는 점에서 스트레스가 발생되었다. 코로나바이러스감염증-19 팬데믹이 장기화되는 실정에 따라 위드 코로나 시대를 위해 민간경비원에 대한 인식이 개선되어야 할 필요성이 존재한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The development of the private security industry is the result of the expansion of activities from passive risk prevention to active safety secure. In addition to crime prevention activities, it was developed by contributing to public safety in addition to tasks related to the protection of life, body, and property of contractors. The unprecedented pandemic of COVID-19 has become a serious threat to safety provided by private expenses. Like crimes, COVID-19 is one of the factors that threaten safety related to life, body, and property in relation to private expenses, and the occurrence of related tasks is affecting private security services. COVID-19 is affecting both public and private aspects. In private, they have to spend additional time to prevent their infection, and psychologically, there is a limit to active face-to-face services due to fear of infection, and additional tasks have occurred, including quarantine and prevention, and confirmation of confirmed patients movements of confirmed patients. Like this, since the work has changed as modern private security services that prevent threats to private areas caused by social disasters are included, this study investigated the perceptions of private security guards through semi-structured questions and in-depth interviews on the COVID-19 pandemic. First of all, most of the quarantine work related to COVID-19 infection was recognized as private security work. In addition, compared to other occupational groups, it was recognized that security work was more vulnerable to infection. In addition, stress was also found in that private security guards were unable to actively restrain access control due to violations of the COVID-19 quarantine guidelines as there were limitations in compulsory authority. With the COVID-19 pandemic prolonged, there is a need to improve awareness of private security guards for the With Corona era.
