꿈강도, 전형적 꿈 주제 및 꿈에 대한 태도와 정신병리의 관계 = Associations Between Dream Intensity, Typical Dream Themes, Attitude Towards Dreams, and Psychopathology

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 꿈강도, 전형적 꿈 주제 및 꿈에 대한 태도와 정신병리의 관계를 탐색하기 위해, 500명의 남녀 성인을 대상으로 꿈강도척도(DII), 전형적 꿈 질문지(TDQ), 꿈 경험 및 태도 척도(IDEA), 그리고 간이증상검사(BSI)를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 꿈강도, 전형적 꿈 주제 및 꿈에 대한 태도 등 모든 꿈 관련 변인이 정신병리에 영향을 미쳤다. 위계적 중다 회귀분석 결과, 꿈강도의 하위 요인인 선명도, 변화된 꿈 및 꿈의 양이 전반적 증상심각도(GSI) 전체 변량의 9.6%를 예측하였고, 전형적 꿈주제의 하위 범주인 피해의식, 과대자기, 죽음, 긍정적 주제 및 야수 범주가 14%의 변량을 추가적으로 예측하였으며, 꿈에 대한 태도의 하위 요인인 꿈걱정과 꿈긍정성 요인이 7.8%의 변량을 추가적으로 예측하였다. 간이증상검사의 9개의 증상척도를 공통적으로 예언하는 변인은 전형적 꿈 주제의 피해의식 범주와 꿈에 대한 태도의 꿈걱정 요인이었다. 또한 각 증상척도에 따라 차별적으로 예측하는 변인들이 각각 달랐다.
