영재진로교육 및 프로그램에 대한 소고 = Career Education & Program in Gifted Education

국문 초록 (Abstract)

영재교육에서 진로교육의 중요성은 다양한 연구자들의 공통된 지적이었으나, 연구실제는 많지 않다. 영재진로교육에 대한 연구 촉발을 위해서는 먼저 현재의 연구진전의 정도를 파악하고, 영재진로지도를 위한 프로그램을 개발하여야 한다. 본 연구는 이러한 필요에서 출발하였다. 영재진로교육에 대한 연구들을 살펴보고, 영재진로교육에 필요한 프로그램의 조건을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과에 의하면 향후 영재진로교육에 대한 연구는 더 많이 이루어질 필요가 있으며, 이를 통하여 영재성이 꽃필 수 있도록 하여야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In the era of creative economics, career education for gifted is becoming a hot issue. This drives lots of attentions and efforts on a new learning model, which, in turn, requires a new direction for career education for gifted.
In this study, we investigated the career education which can be found in the process of gifted education by applying the creativity and character. This study examines the concept of ‘career education’ and ‘gifted career education’ among combined phrases of education currently, and then discusses the process of argument and limit of examples for those phrases. Also, this study suggests that the term, career education and gifted education, means contemporary expression which corresponds as essential orientation of education.
In this study we concluded that gifted career education was needed to apllied in gifted education.
