맞벌이 가정 영유아 손자녀 양육조모의 삶의 만족도: 양육보상감, 가족관계, 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 중심으로 = Life satisfaction of grandmothers Raising grandchildren : Focusing on mediating effects of caregiving rewards, grandmother-adult parent relationship and social support

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the study was to examine mediated effects of caregiving rewards, family relationship and social support in a path leading caregiving stress to life satisfaction of grandmothers raising their infant grandchildren at double income households For the purpose of the study, we surveyed 323 grandmothers parenting young grandchildren who are under 6 years of age in double-earner household, and collected data from Seloul, Gyeonggi-do, Incehon and 6 metropolitan cities.
As a result of applying the structural equation model analysis, the effects of grandmothers' caregiving stress on their life satisfaction were significantly related with caregiving rewards and relationship with their adult children, especially the mediated effect of caregiving rewards is the highest mediating effect.
Based on this research, we discussed the way to enhance the life satisfaction of grandmothers raising infant grandchildren, and provided suggestions for social welfare policy and social work practice.
