초등학교 체육과 교육과정에 따른 수행평가 적용에 관한 실행연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 교육과정 분석을 통한 영역별, 차시별 구체적이고 적합한 수행평가의 방법(도구)을 구안·적용해 보고, 협력적 실행연구(Glickman, 1993)과정을 통해 수행평가에 관한 보다 실질적인 현장개선이 이루어질 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 교육경력 13년차인 스포츠교육학전공 박사학위를 가진 연구참여교사(남)와 그가 담임을 맡고 있는 5학년 1개반을 연구대상으로 하였다. 교육과정 분석을 통해 영역별, 차시별 수행평가의 내용과 방법을 선정하고 8개월 동안 질적패턴의 실행연구를 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기평가에서 수업반성일기쓰기의 교육적 효과를 재차 확인할 수 있었으며, 포트폴리오를 통해 신체가치의 다양한 전이를 볼 수 있었다. 둘째, 질적, 양적평가 요소가 동시에 제시된 동료평가지를 통해 초등학생 수준에서 복잡하고 구체적인 운동기술에 대한 동료평가보다는 단순하면서 동료의 수행태도, 핵심적인 요소를 평가하는 수준에 그쳐야 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 교사평가는 비디오 분석(다트피쉬)을 통한 피드백 제공의 긍정적 효과를 확인할 수 있었으며, 전통적 평가와 수행평가가 절충된 형태의 평가방식의 필요성을 인식하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this research, we designed the application method of performance assessment which is suitable and specific in prescribed period depending on analysis of educational course. It tried to provide the base materials with which an essential improvement physical education teaching can be accomplished through the result of processing collaborative action research(Glickman, 1993). Our research`s objects are participant (male) who has 13 years of educational background and obtained a degree of doctor majored in sports pedagogy and one 5th grade classroom which he is was charged of. The result of selecting content, method of the area and prescribed period performance assessment and implementing performance research of qualitative patterns during 8 months through educational courses are as follows: it could reaffirm educational effects of class reflective diary in self-evaluation. And it could also see the various transitions of physical values through portfolio. Through the peer evaluation paper which is presented by both qualitative and quantitative elements simultaneously, we realized that it has to end up with the level in evaluating simply a peer`s performance manner and essential element than complicated and detailed sports technique in elementary level. Teacher evaluation was enabled to identify the positive effect of providing feedback through analysis(dartfish) and it acknowledged necessity of evaluation method which is compromised of traditional and performance evaluation.
