Worldwide, countries recently moved toward an era of carbon zero with carbon neutral as a core value to cope with abnormal climate phenomena. For sustainable growth, individual companies should implement their green action plans specifically for suppliers and customer companies who are important stakeholders within their supply chains and work closely together. In addition, companies need their internal cooperation and efforts to implement a successful green supply chain. Companies hope to ultimately lead to green operational performance for sustainable growth and operations through the practices and collaboration mentioned above. While some recent studies argue that green supplier integration is positively linked to corporate performance, others point out that the connectivity of previous relationships is minimal. On the other hand, some researchers have recently suggested that certain mediating factors indirectly affect performance. Thus, we identify more in-depth structural relationships by setting communication and green education as mediating variables to clarify the existing inconsistent results. As a result of the research, it was confirmed that green management, supplier, and customer company cooperation requiring internal and external collaboration had no direct influence on green operational performance but indirectly through the mediators of green education and communication considered in this study.
