지적선진화에 따른 국가공간정보의 이․활용 방향 = Directions of Use and Application of National Spatial Information according to Cadastral Advancement

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 지적선진화의 의미 및 범위, 국가공간정보 이․활용 현황 및 한계를 검토하여 향후 바람직한 국가공간정보 이․활용의 방향을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 연구범위를 지적선진화와 국가공간정보 이․활용으로 한정하였으며, 조사방법은 문헌조사와 웹사이트조사를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였고, 접근방법은 서술적 접근방법과 제도적 접근방법을 병용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같은 견지에서 도출되었다. 첫째, 지적선진화와 국가공간정보의 진화는 지적선진화, 국가공간정보화의 진화, 선행연구 및 연구방향 차원에서 검토되었다. 둘째, 국가공간정보의 이․활용 실제 및 한계는 국가공간정보의 이․활용 여건변화, 이․활용 주체, 이․활용 객체, 한계 등의 검토를 통하여 이루어졌다. 셋째, 바람직한 국가공간정보의 이․활용 방향 도출은 SES를 위한 지적선진화, 국가공간정보의 다양화 및 통합화, 국가공간정보서비스 참여경로의 다원화, 국가공간정보의 이․활용을 위한 제도적 보완 등의 관점에서 이루어졌다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to suggest desirable directions for use and application of National Spatial Information (NSI) through the investigation of the meaning and scope of cadastral advancement and the actual condition and restriction of use and application of NSI. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, the research scope was limited into the cadastral advancement and use and application of NSI. Survey was carried on through collecting the research data by literature review and website search, and descriptive and systematic access are applied jointly as the access ways. The conclusions of the study are produced from 3 following aspects as follows: First, the cadastral advancement and evolution of NSI are examined in terms of concept of cadastral advancement, evolution of NSI, proceeding research and approach direction. Second, the actual condition and restriction of use and application of NSI is done by studying the change of given condition, subjective and objective, and restriction for use and application of NSI. Third, the desirable directions for use and application of NSI is accomplished in terms of cadastral advancement for Spatially Enabled Society, variety and integration of NSI, multiplicity of participation channel for NSIS, and systematic support for use and application of NSI.
