사상체질에 따른 일반 성인의 체격 및 건강체력과의 상관 관계 = The Study on Relationship of Physique and Health Physical Fitness with Sasang Constitution

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research were to define interrelationship physique and health physical fitness with Sasang constitution of general adults and provide reference data for developing a exercise program based on Sasang constitution. The subjects of this research are total 154 persons of general adults, who were consisted of 51 persons of Taeeumin, 33 persons of Soyangin, 21 persons of Soeumin and 2 persons of Taeyangin, 154 persons were excluded from the study because they contained unnecessary answers about papers or the persons who disappeared Sasang constitution through the first and second diagnosis test. Measurement variables were consisted of 3 regions of the physique by height, body weight, body mass index, and 4 factors of the physical fitness by grip strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular capacity, and 3 factors of the body composition. These data were analyzed by the One Way ANOVA and Frequency Analysis by using Windows SPSS/PC 13.0 specific program. The results were summarized as follows;
1. In the relationship of physique and Sasang constitution, Taeyangin's height and body weight were compared highly with other kinds of constitutions with significant level. And Taeeumin's body mass index was significantly higher than other constitutions(p＜.05).
2. In the relationship of health physical fitness and Sasang constitution, Taeyangin's muscular endurance was compared highly with other kinds of constitutions with significant level and Soeumin's cardiovascular capacity was compared highly with other kinds of constitutions with significant level(p＜.05).
3. In the relationship of body composition and Sasang constitution, Taeeumin's fat mass, %fat were significantly higher than other constitutions and Taeyangin's BPM was significantly higher than other constitutions(p＜.05).
