경기장 시설이 관중의 만족도와 향후 경기 관람 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 = The Impact of Physical Environment on Spectators' Satisfaction and Return Intentions

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 경기장 시설 환경이 관중의 만족도와 향후 경기 관람의 의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. 즉, 스포츠 구단의 최종 지향점인 관중의 경기 관람에 관중의 만족도 와 경기장의 시설 환경이 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 아이스 하키 경기장을 찾은 관중들을 대상으로 실증 분석을 시사하였고, LISREL을 이용한 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 경기장의 시설 환경은 관중의 만족도에 큰 영향을 미치고, 관중의 만족도는 향후 경기 관람의 의도에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 경기장의 시설 환경은 관중의 향후 경기 관람의 의도에는 큰 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research was to investigate the impact of physical environment on spectators' satisfaction and subsequent their return intentions to future sporting events. Drawing data collected from spectators at ice hockey arenas, the effects of physical environment on spectator satisfaction, the effect of spectator satisfaction on teir return intentions, and the direct relationship between the perceptions of physical environments and spectators' return intentions were investigated.
structural equation modeling (e.g., LISREL) was employed to test the causal relationships among the hypothesized relationships. Based on spectator surveys, the findings are that physical environment had a significant effect on spectator satisfaction, and spectator satisfaction, in turn, plays a significant role in determining spectators return intentions. Physical environment, however, did not have a significant effect on spectators' return intentions.
