This paper aims at examination into Buddhistic character of his poetry, We should to know its Buddhistic character
Jee-Hoon adheres Zen Buddhism not to achieve religious salvation but to create better poems
From the beginning stage of his works, it is Buddhistic character that becomes nature of his poetic spirit. But more vivid and direct representation of Buddhism is expressed at the stage at the stage of <Woel-Jeong-Sa(월정사)>
At this stage his poems pursuit the of Zen poetry. And Coming to the next stage, he tries his own style, but still his poetry is under the influence of Buddhism.
Till now, his poems are known as simple scenery sketch. But under standing of its Buddhistic character gives us a new view;his poetry is not simple scenery sketch but metaphysical persuits.
