글로벌 공급사슬 환경에서의 공급사슬 성과 증진을 위한 가상통합과 공급사슬 역량 연구 - 아시아지역 비교연구 -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

오늘날 글로벌 경영환경에서의 공급사슬 경영은 새로운 전환점을 맞고 있다. 공급사슬 환경에서의 주요 이슈는 기업간 경쟁에서 공급사슬 간 경쟁으로 전환되고 있으며, 공급사슬에 참여하는 기업들이 보유하고 있는 자원과 역량을 어떻게 활용하느냐에 따라 공급사슬의 성과는 결정된다고 할 수 있다.

동적능력은 급변하는 환경에 대응하기 위해 기업 내·외부의 자원을 통합하여 구축하고 재배치하는 기업능력을 의미한다.

공급사슬관리에 있어서 동적능력을 기반으로 공급사슬성과에 미치는 영향관계를 실증적으로 수행한 연구는 많지 않다. 기존 연구는 주로 자원기반이론이나 혁신확산이론, 그리고 핵심역량이론을 기반으로 공급사슬의 영향요인과 성과간의 관계를 설명하고 있다. 본 연구는 동태적 공급사슬 환경에서 공급사슬 능력이 공급사슬 동적능력을 통해 공급사슬성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다.

본 연구는 동적능력 관점에서 공급사슬 상에서의 주도기업과 참여기업들이 동태적 환경변화와 협력기업의 요구에 빠르게 대응하고 유연한 공급사슬 관리 및 성과를 증진하기 위한 새로운 연구의 틀을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 공급사슬 성과를 향상하기 위해 공급사슬 동적능력의 중요성에 대해 학문적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다는 측면에서 연구의 기여도가 있다고 할 수 있다.

Currently, business environment is characterized by fast and dramatic changes in customer expectations. Deep competition and high technology are increasingly creating high level of market uncertainty in turbulent environment. To respond current situation, firms are seeking to enhance dynamic capabilities across the supply chain.

Supply chain capabilities refer to the ability of an organization to identify, utilize, and assimilate both internal and external resources /information to facilitate the entire supply chain activities

A key emphasis of supply chain management (SCM) is to improve supply chain dynamic capabilities between trading partners through Management competence, supply chain competence and IT competence.

Most firms increasingly rely on information technology (IT) to improve the process integration and the performance of supply chain. IT competence provides fundamental support to supply chain dynamic capabilities and supply chain performance.

Supply chain dynamic capabilities (SCDC) refer to the ability of an organization to identify, utilize, and assimilate both internal and external resources information to facilitate the entire supply chain activities in turbulent environment.
