유선과 모바일인터넷의 서비스품질 및 이용만족도에 대한 통합적인 접근방법 = An Integrated Approach to the Service Quality and User Satisfaction between Wired and Mobile Internet

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Due to the advancement of mobile and information technology, mobile-based Internet usage has rapidly been increasing. In this study, we introduce an integrated model for analyzing the relationship of service quality and user satisfaction between wired Internet and mobile Internet. The LISREL model analysis indicates that the proposed integrated approach is appropriate for explaining the underlying structure of overall Internet service quality and user satisfaction. The wired Internet service quality has a positive significant effect on the user satisfaction toward wire Internet, and so has the mobile Internet service quality on that toward mobile Internet, which is readily conceivable. Furthermore, the results show that the mobile Internet service quality has a positive significant effect on the user satisfaction toward wired Internet while the influence of wired Internet service quality on the user satisfaction toward mobile Internet is not significant.
