The purpose of this study is to examine the effect for the increase of reading capacity for children through general linguistic access activities based upon living subjects. In short, the activities based upon general linguistic access method were re-organized systematically to fit for living subjects for a year as a method of linguistic education to children. This method examined the reading, writing and linguistic capacity of children at the age of 4 to 5 for 5 weeks of research period to identify the effect after the follow-up. The research problems were established as following according to this purpose. First, is there any effect to the growth of reading capacity of children through general linguistic access activities based upon linguistic subject? Second, is there any effect to the growth of writing capacity of children through general linguistic access activities based upon linguistic subject? Third, is there any effect to the growth of linguistic understanding capacity of children through general linguistic access activities based upon linguistic subject? The results of research of this study are as following: First, the general linguistic access activities based upon living subject seemed to have a significance among groups since there are 3.69 points improvement on average than the children that were not provided with experience of the general linguistic access activities (p $lt;.001). Second, the general linguistic access activities based upon living subject seemed to have increase of estimated 2.68 in writing capacity comparing the children that were not provided with experience of the general linguistic access activities(p $lt;.001). Third, the general linguistic access activities based upon living subject seemed to have significance for each section of all the subsections such as listening comprehension, understanding of words, understanding of sentences and verbal understanding comparing the children that were not provided with experience of the general linguistic access activities (p $lt;.001). As a results of the investigation & research, the general linguistic access activities based upon living subject showed positive effect on the increase of reading capacity, writing capacity and linguistic understanding of children. The general linguistic access activities based upon living subject based upon living subject could result the effective growth of literary capacity of children.
