    The purpose of this study is to explore implementation process of web-based instruction in a school organization. Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) is expected to give a synthesized explanation for the teacher`s internet use in a classroom. TAM is known as a representative model to give a good description about how computer technology is accepted in 1990`s, which is why TAM is selected for this study. Survey is constructed based on literature review and validated by factor analysis. The data from 357 school teachers are analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling(SEM). The results show that user knowledge on technology significantly affects perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Organizational support and training has a positive effect on perceived usefulness, not on perceived ease of use. Physical equipment affects neither perceived ease of use nor perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use positively affects perceived usefulness and usage intention at the same time. Both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are found consistently strong determinants of usage intention. However, usage intention does not directly result in practice. This study empirically tests if TAM is significantly applied to the school organization. The results imply that educational policy for human resource support rather than physical equipment is needed. Organizational support for improving perceived usefulness is recommended for more technology implementation in a classroom.
