The purpose of this study was to veryfied the effect on isokinetic exercise in anterior cruciate ligament postoperative. The subjects of the study were 18male male patients who operationed knee joint anterior cruciate ligament at the sports medicine center of H hospital. Test group were characterized as follows: injured side leg as the experimental group using the exercise load angle velocity of 60degㆍs^(-1) and the normal side leg as the control group. Injured side leg was exercised 5 sets·day^(-1) as 12 times·set^(-1) for 2 week(0-2week) and exercised 8 setsㆍday^(-1) as 25 timesㆍset^(-1)for 2 week(2-4week) by using kin-com as the isokinetic exercise machine.
For this investigation peak torque, angle of peak torque in angle velocity 60degㆍs^(-1) and mean powerwas measured by kin com as and was measured by kin com as velocity 180degㆍs^(-1).
The results of this study were follows:
1. It showed significant increase that extension of peak torque were from 41.28± 7.38(Nm) to 64.25±10.29(Nm) and flxesion of peak torque were from 27.96±7.39(Nm) to 42.70±10.25(Nm).
2. It showed not significant that angle of peak torque were from before of treatment to 4week.
3. It showed significant increase that extension of mean power were from 37.73± 11.25(watt) to 65.27±14.36(watt)and flxesion of mean power were from 34.68± 8.85(watt) to 40.10±10.43(watt).
4. It showed significant increase that lenth of cross-sectional thigh were from 152.63± 3.04(㎜) to 154.38±3.27(㎜).
