국문 초록 (Abstract)

목적: 조절 인공수정체인 CrystalensⓇ (AT-45, Eyeonics, CA, USA)를 삽입한 환자에서 1년간의 임상결과를 추적 조사하였다.
대상과 방법: 백내장수술 시 CrystalensⓇ를 삽입하고, 12개월 이상 추적 관찰된 18명(25안)을 대상으로 근거리 및 원거리시력을 후향적
으로 조사하였다.
결과: 25안의 술 후 원거리 나안시력은 2개월째 20/25 이상이 13안(52.0%), 20/40 이상이 21안(84.0%), 6개월째 20/25 이상이 11안
(44.0%), 20/40 이상이 21안(84.0%), 12개월째 20/25 이상이 11안(44.0%), 20/40 이상이 17안(68.0%)이였다. 근거리 나안시력은 술 후
2개월째 20/25 이상이 11안(44.0%), 20/40 이상이 17안(68.0%), 6개월째 20/25 이상이 9안(36.0%), 20/40 이상이 16안(64.0%), 12개
월째 20/25 이상이 6안(24.0%), 20/40 이상이 16안(64.0%)이었다.
결론: CrystalensⓇ를 삽입한 환자의 근거리 나안시력은 1년까지 추적 결과 점차적인 시력감소를 보였다.

Purpose: To evaluate one-year clinical results of CrystalensⓇ (AT-45, Eyeonics, CA, USA) accommodating IOL implantation.
Methods: In this retrospective study, 25 eyes of 18 patients had phacoemulsification and CrystalensⓇ accommodating IOL
implantation. Distance and near visual acuity (VA) during the 12-months were measured.
Results: At two months, uncorrected distance visual acuity (VA) of 13 eyes (52.0%) and 21 eyes (84.0%) were 20/25 and 20/40
or better, respectively. At six months, 11 eyes (44.0%) and 21 eyes (84.0%) were 20/25 and 20/40 or better, respectively. At 12
months, 11 eyes (44.0%) and 17 eyes (68.0%) were 20/25 and 20/40 or better, respectively. At two months, the uncorrected near
VAs of 11 eyes (44.0%) and 17 eyes (68.0%) were 20/25 and 20/40 or better, respectively. At six months, 9 eyes (36.0%) and
16 eyes (64.0%) were 20/25 and 20/40 or better, respectively. After 12 months, 6 eyes (24.0%) and 16 eyes (64.0%) were 20/25
and 20/40 or better, respectively.
Conclusions: The uncorrected near VAs gradually decreased with the passage of time until 12 months after CrystalensⓇ accommodating
IOL implantation.
