체육학과 특성화를 위한 교과과정 개선방향 연구 = A study on constructing curriculum for specialization of physical education

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 체육전공 대학생들의 진로성향에 따른 교과과정 만족도와 문제점을 조사하고 특성화된 교과과정의 개선방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다.
이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 체육학과 특성화의 주체인 학생, 대학 나누어 접근 하였으며 대학은 서울 소재 H대학으로 하였고 학생은 H대학의 체육학과 재학생 전원으로 선정 하였다. 구체적인 문제의 설정은 다음과 같다.
1. 취업성향에 따른 전공만족도는 어떠한가?
2. 취업성향에 따른 자각문제점은 어떠한가?
3. 취업성향에 따른 개선방향은 어떠한가?
자료 수집 방법으로 문헌조사와 함께 설문지법을 이용하였으며, 설문지의 구성은 개인적 특성 4개 문항, 취업성향 4개 문항, 만족도 3개 문항, 문제점 3개 문항, 개선방향 6개 문항으로 구성하였다. 진로성향에 따른 교과과정의 내용은 이윤혜(2003)와 박기선(2003)의 설문지를 수정?보완하여 사용하였다.
자료 분석은 SPSS 12.0 version for Windows를 이용하여 신뢰도 분석(Reliability Analysis)과 모든 문항에 대하여 기술통계분석을 실시하였고, 두변인간 차이는 t검정(T-test)과 일원변량분석(One-Way ANOVA)을 사용 하였다. 유의한 차이를 나타낸 결과에 대해선 scheffe의 다중범위검정(multiple range test)을 이용하여 사후검정을 실시하였으며, 통계기법에 의하여 일부 문항에 대하여 교차분석(χ²)을 실시하였다.
모든 통계치의 유의 수준은 P<.05로 설정하였다.
위와 같은 연구절차를 통하여 도출한 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 전형방법에 따른 체육학과 생활만족도에는 차이가 나타났고 관심정도와 취 업 방법에 따른 교과과정 만족도에도 차이가 나타났다.
둘째, 취업준비유무에 따른 특성화 저해요인과 현 교과과정의 연계성에는 차이가 나타났다.
셋째, 전형방법에 따른 특성화방향이 필요한 이유와 체육학과 개선점, 희망진로 분 야에는 차이가 나타났다. 진로관심 정도에 따른 특성화 방향 및 현 교과과정 강화방향, 체육학과 개선점, 교과과정의 학년별 연계성에는 차이가 나타났고 취업준비유무에 따른 교과과정 학년별 연계성과 취업방법에 따른 교과과 정 학년별 연계성, 진로희망 방향에도 차이가 나타났다.
이상의 결과를 종합한 결과 학과운영에 있어서는 실기지도에 있어 실무 준비를 위한 과정을 제공토록하며 학생의 수업에 선택권을 폭넓게 제공하여야 할 것 이다. 또한 행정적인 측면에서는 시설공간의 확충이 중요하며 학생, 교수, 취업담당자의 졸업 후 진로 모색을 위한 지속적인 교류가 필요하다. 이러한 기능을 담당 할 기관의 정비와 제도적 장치에 마련이 선행 되어야 한다. 수업에 있어서 전문 인력을 배출하기 위한 실기 및 실무과목 수업의 강화가 필요하다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose of this study is to find to analyze a satisfaction and problem of curriculum that effected by course disposition and present improvement solution for specialized curriculum.
Survey was targeted on all students of Physical Education department at H University. Research problems are as follows.
1. How's the satisfaction in major according to employment disposition?
2. How's the self-consciousness problem according to employment disposition?
3. How's the improvement solution according to employment disposition?
As a measurement tool for this study, questionnaire from Lee Yun-hye(2003)'s and Park Ki-sun(2003)'s studies was modified and then research of literature. As a statistical process, for reliability analysis, SPSS 12.0 version for Window was used and One Way Anova and T-test also had been used for analyze difference of two factors. For similar results, multiple range test of Scheffe was operated, and X2 was used on part of the study.
All statistic's significant level were set up P<.05.
The results are as follows.
First, differ from life satisfaction according to model method and curriculum satisfaction according to interest rate and employment disposition have been shown.
Second, different connection between current curriculum and obstruct factor in specialization according to preparing/or not employment has been shown.
Third, differ from reason of requiring specialization according to model method and improvement of physical education, and wish disposition part have been shown. specialization direction, current curriculum reinforcement, improvement of P.E and connection of each grade in curriculum according to Interest level and connection of each grade in curriculum according to preparing/or not employment and connection of each grade in curriculum according to process of employment have been shown
In conclusion, for department operation, it is necessary for each school need to offer wider selection of student's curriculum and also need to offer practical affair course. For executive side, expansion of equipments is very important, and to find the way after graduation, continuos interchange must be last for students, professors, and employment managing office. And maintenance of organ and system equips are required, and also reinforcement of practical subject's class for educating professional human.
