IPA기법을 이용한 생태관광 매력성 평가에 관한 연구 = The Study of the Eco-tourism Destination Attractives Assessment via Importance-Performance Analysis

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 생태관광 방문객들을 대상으로 생태관광지 매력요인에 대한 방문 전 중요도와 만족도의 차이를 파악하여 생태관광지의 강ㆍ약점의 매력요인을 살펴봄으로써 생태관광객들이 선호하는 관광목적지 개발정책에 도움이 되는 전략적인 마케팅 방안을 도출하고자 한다. 본 연구목적을 가장 효율적으로 달성하기 위한 분석방법으로 IPA기법을 활용하였으며, 본 연구 결과의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 생태관광 전체 방문객이 지각하는 생태관광지 매력속성과 만족도를 파악하기 위하여 IPA분석인 중요도-성취도 분석의 차이를 이용하였으며, 결과는 평균점으로 볼 때 중요도가 3.69, 만족도가 3.55로 나타나 전반적으로 방문 전의 기대보다는 그 만족도가 낮은 것으로 평가되었다. 둘째, 제1사분면은 생태관광지의 매력물 다양함, 생태관광지의 아름다운 생태경치 및 자연경관, 생태관광지의 보존성, 생태관광지의 다양한 볼거리, 생태관광지의 주민의 태도 및 서비스, 생태관광지의 교통의 편리성, 생태관광지의 주차장 편리성, 생태관광지의 음식의 맛 등 8개의 속성이 포함되는 것으로 나타났다. 제2사분면에는 생태관광지의 다양한 안내정보 서비스, 생태관광지와의 소요거리 정도, 생태관광 안내해설사의 성실한 안내 등 3개의 속성이 포함되는 것으로 나타났다. 제3사분면은 생태관광지에서의 교육 참여 프로그램, 생태관광지의 숙박시설, 숙박가격, 숙박서비스, 생태관광지의 현지쇼핑 정도 등 5개의 속성이 포함되는 것으로 나타났다. 제4사분면은 생태관광지의 주민 친절성, 생태관광 안내해설사의 전문지식 수준, 생태관광에 드는 총 소요비용 등 6개의 속성이 포함되는 것으로 나타났다. 제4사분면은 낮은 중요도에 비해 높은 성취도를 의미하는 것으로 자원이나 노력의 과잉 투입되는 속성을 파악하고 관리할 필요가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research focuses on the Evaluation of Attractiveness Assessment in Eco-tourism by IPA. The research is to draw the strategical marketing method which is helpful to advance the development policy for preferable eco-tourism destinations by grasping advantages and disadvantages, and the attractiveness from the light of the tourists' recognition of the level of importance and satisfaction toward eco-tourism places before the tour. The issues by this research are as follows: first, the tourists' satisfaction is evaluated in the lower level. To analysis the satisfaction and attractiveness of eco-tour destinations recognized by the whole eco-tourists, I utilize the difference of importance/ assessment, one of IPA methods, and the outcomes shows respectively 3.69 points in the importance and 3.55 points in the satisfaction in averages. Second, the guadrant Ⅰ includes 8 attributes: the diversity of attractions, nature and scenery, the conservancy, interesting sights, the attitude and service of local residents, connivence in transportation and parking lots, and tastes of the restaurants in the eco-tour places. The guadrant Ⅱ includes 3 attributes: the various guide information service, distance of eco-tourism destination, guide interpret of sincerity attitude. The guadrant Ⅲ include 5 attributes: the education programs, the accommodations, the price of the accomodations, the service of the accomodations, and shopping facilities in the eco-places.. The guadrant Ⅳ includes 6 attributes; the kindness of local residents, guidance of eco-tourism, the level of speciality of the guiders, and the whole cost of the tour; the guadrant Ⅳ reveals that the higher assessment with the lower importance, which raises the necessity of management to control the excess in endeavor or resources in eco-tourism.
