인구구조 변화를 고려한 연간 거시재정모형 구축 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

인구구조 연화가 경제에 미치는 영향에 대한 기존연구들은 대부분 부분균형 분석이라는 한계를 지니고 있다. 본 연구는 일반균형 분석으로서 연립방정식체계의 거시재정모형을 구축하여 인구구조 변화가 경제 전반에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 모형구조는 거시와 재정부문 간 연계성을 구체적으로 고려하고, 재정부문의 지출 측면을 내생화하였으며, 인구구조 변화가 경제변수에 미치는 영향에 대한 경로를 명시적으로 반영하였다. 정책모의실험에서 인구구조 변화를 반영하는 총부양비와 노령화지수의 상승은 저축률 하락을 통한 투자 위축과 노동공급 감소에 의하여 성장잠재력을 저하시키며, 사회보장지출 확대로 인하여 재정수지를 악화시키지만, 총수요에 대한 결과는 민간소비와 투자에 대한 상이한 영향 때문에 다르게 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Proceeding studies on effect of demographic change on economy have a limit which was a partial equilibrium analysis. This study analyzes the effect of demographic change on economy using a macro-fiscal econometric model in general equilibrium analysis. In line with this purpose, the macro-fiscal model explicitly considers linkage between macro sector and fiscal sector, and sets fiscal expenditure sector as endogenous, and reflects on how the demographic change effects on several economic sectors in the long-run. In policy simulation, when the total dependency ratio and aged-child ratio reflecting demographic change rise, potential GDP was weakened owing to contraction of labor supply and decline of investment by drop of saving rate, and government fiscal balance was worsen owing to expanding of a social welfare expenditure, but results of the final demand were unlike because of different effects on private consumption and investment.
