지체장애여성의 사회적 지지와 양육행동에 관한 연구 : 자아존중감의 매개효과를 중심으로 = A Study of the Effect of Social Support on Physically Disabled Women's Nurturing Behavior -Focusing on the intervening effect of self-esteem

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 지체장애여성의 양육행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여 긍정적인 양육행동을 강화하고 효과적인 양육지원을 위한 사회복지 실천방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 외적 자원인 사회적 지지와 내적 자원인 자아존중감이 지체장애여성의 양육행동에 미치는 영향력을 분석하고, 사회적 지지와 양육행동 간의 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이 연구에서는 초등학생 자녀를 양육하고 있는 지체장애여성 246 명의 설문자료를 분석하였으며, 그 결과 사회적 지지는 자아존중감에 영향을 미치고, 자아존중감은 양육행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 사회적 지지와 자아존중감을 동시에 투입한 결과 , 사회적 지지는 양육 행동에 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 않고, 단지 매개변수인 자아존중감을 통해서만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 자아존중감은 사회적 지지와 양육행동 간에 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 지체장애여성의 긍정적인 양육행동을 강화하고 효과적인 양육지원을 위한 사회복지 실천방안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to present ways to strengthen physically disabled women's positive nurturing behavior and effective nurturing support by finding the factors affecting the nurturing behavior. For this, this study analyzed the effect of external support, i.e., social support, and internal support, i.e., self-esteem on physically disabled women's nurturing behavior, and examined the intervening effect of self-esteem on the relationship between social support and nurturing behavior. For this study, a survey of 246 physically disabled women with children in elementary school was conducted. The results showed that social support affected self-esteem and self-esteem affected nurturing behavior. Especially, social support affected nurturing behavior through the intervening variable of self-esteem. Based on such results, this study presented ways to strengthen physically disabled women's positive nurturing behavior.
