정서행동장애 정의,진단,분류에 대한 적절성 조사연구 = Study on Survey of the Appropriateness of Definition, Diagnosis, and Classification of Emotional and Behavioral Disorders

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purposes of this paper are to surveys opinions of specialists about appropriateness and to contribute to an direction and suggestion for re-establishment of definition, diagnosis, and classification of emotional and behavioral disorders. The 39 participants are the board of directors of KSEBD and we used open-ended questionnaire. The examination involved a 4-step process of data-cording. In an appropriateness of definition, 69% of respondents answered that the definition of NMHSEC is appropriate and the state of ‘difficulty of learning’ clause isn`t. they also have a different opinions about including social maladjustment and schizophrenia clause. The opinions of diagnosis for EBD are controversial. especially, It`s interesting to note that there is necessary of multiple gating model and observations for diagnosis instead of ‘first grade screening test’. In an classification of EBD, 91% of respondents showed classification of EBD is necessary, but it`s up to the purpose of ‘support or diagnosis’. Therefore, we suggest that it`s necessary of make up guideline of process, model of definition and diagnosis of EBD including operational definition, multiple gating, observation and for acceptance of agreed opinions through discussions about different views.
