부산 지역 대학교육공동체의 교육혁신 경험 사례 연구: Rogers의 혁신 채택 과정을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

연구목적: 본 연구는 Rogers의 혁신 채택 과정을 중심으로 부산 지역 대학교육공동체의 교육혁신 경험 사례를 분석하고 그에 따른 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다.
연구방법: 대학교육공동체의 교육혁신 경험 분석에는 사례 연구 방법이 선정되었다. 연구 대상의 특성에 따른 구조화된 면담을 위하여 교수용·직원용·학생용 면담 문항을 개발하고, 교육학 전문가 5명의 내용 타당도를 거쳤다. 면담은 서면과 대면으로 수행되었고, 연구 취지 등에 동의한 면담 참여자는 총 27명이었다.
연구결과: 총 47개의 데이터로 도출된 면담 결과는 Rogers의 혁신 채택 과정에 따라 상위범주 7개, 하위범주 10개, 세부내용 19개로 범주화되었다. 또한 대학교육공동체의 교육혁신은 다층적·중첩적 방식으로 경험되고 있었다.
논의 및 제언: 대학은 교육혁신을 위해 유연한 학사 구조, 권한이 부여된 혁신 거버넌스 재구조화, 교수·직원·학생의 전문성과 노력을 보상하는 합리적인 제도, 정보 제공 체계의 일원화 등을 통해 교육혁신 친화적 생태계를 구축할 필요가 있다.

Purpose: This study analyzes the case of K University using Rogers’ innovation-decision process to derive implications for educational innovation.
Method: A qualitative case study was conducted via in-depth interviews with 27 members of the university educational community, including faculty, staff, and students.
Results: Analysis reveals multi-layered experiences: faculty face institutional dilemmas, staff struggle with reality gaps, and students encounter systemic barriers despite growth desires.
Conclusion: To promote the diffusion of innovations, the study suggests flexibilizing academic structures and restructuring governance with actual authority. It emphasizes establishing reasonable compensation systems and unifying information channels to resolve internal conflicts and information asymmetry. These measures are crucial for supporting interdisciplinary research and building an ecosystem friendly to innovation within the university. Ultimately, structural and cultural improvements are essential for the sustainable internalization of university innovation.
