예비교사의 공감수업 구상에 대한 경험 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

연구목적: 본 연구는 예비교사를 대상으로 공감수업 구상 경험을 통해 의미와 유형을 살펴보는 것이다.
연구방법: K대학교 교직교과 수업을 수강한 예비교사들을 대상으로 3차시에 걸쳐 공감수업에 대한 강의와 토론수업을 실시하였다. 이후, 인터뷰와 성찰일지 등의 자료를 수집하여 질적분석을 하였다.
연구결과: 공감수업 구상은 ‘문학을 통한 인지적 공감수업’, ‘예술을 통한 정서적 공감수업’, ‘체험을 통한 소통적 공감수업’의 의미와 유형으로 나타났다. 즉, 문학작품 속 인물의 역할을 초대하여 타자의 입장이 되어 마음을 읽어내고 이해하며, 타인의 감정과 유사한 감정을 경험하는 역할극이 정서적 공감과 연결되며, 학습자가 체험을 통해 성찰과 소통을 하며 타인을 이해하고 실천하는 인지적, 정서적, 소통적 공감수업을 구상하였다.
결론 및 제언: 본 연구는 교사양성과정과 재교육과정에서 공감역량을 향상시킬 수 있는 아이디어를 제공하고, 수업에 대한 성찰과 공감수업 프로그램 개발을 제언하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose: This study examines the meaning and types of empathy classes through the experiences of prospective teachers in planning them.
Method: We conducted three lectures and discussion sessions on empathy teaching with prospective teachers enrolled in a teacher education course at K University. Afterwards, we collected data, including interviews and reflective journals, and conducted a qualitative analysis. Results: The concept of empathy classes was expressed in the meaning and types of ‘cognitive empathy classes through literature,’ ‘emotional empathy classes through art,’ and ‘communicative empathy classes through experience.’ These results show that prospective teachers perceive empathy as cognitive empathy, emotional empathy, and communicative empathy.
Conclusion: This study provides ideas for improving empathy skills in teacher training and retraining courses, and suggests reflection on classes and the development of empathy classes.
