어린이집 교직원의 행복결정요인이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 연구 = The Study on the Effects of the Determinants of Happiness of Childcare Staff on Their Satisfaction with Work

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study has examined the effects of the determinants of happiness of childcare staff members working in nursery schools on satisfaction with their work by selecting seven influential elements. According to the results, among the elements that affect their happiness, the highest priority to the childcare staff was psychological stability including self-esteem. This was followed by health, economical stability, and satisfaction in the following areas: family and marriage life, personal social relationships, work, daily life and living environment. Psychological stability and satisfaction in living environment had a positive effect on job performance and it was proven that the happiness determining factor of health had an effect on the quality of improvement in the life of a childcare staff member. Additionally, it was proven that happiness for a childcare giver who spends most of her time in the nursery school meant a more aggressive involvement and the activities helped physical and psychological health.
