    Tourism, recreation, and leisure industry have been recognized as the remarkable business in 21C. In this point of time, the condominium developed during that time needs to study that how it operates to be rational and which problems there are with the systematic analysis of management.
    The enterprise needs improving the management through the analysis of management for making decision appropriately, using efficiently the resources. The importance of management improvement is that guarantees the rationalization of management operation and the efficiency of management action, be stabilized continually in the company management and the ratio of group etc.
    So, this study presents several methods that condominium in the deficit operation all the day can be trained and be the accomodations of national tourism.
    If condominium would be established to the financial improvement of management, it can be developed creating the high earnings for executive as well as being situated as national accommodations for leisure.
