언론․출판에 의한 명예훼손과 금지청구 = The Demand of Prohibition and Defamation by Media

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In order to a libel or slander case, there must be a objective disgust or contemptuous concern. Which means just infringing the emotion of person's honor doesn't mean accepting a libel case by the law. However, when we see those infringing the emotion of person's honor cases, we have to consider the all the sorts of audit and inspection, such as contents, methods, periods, places, in order to exist as libel cases. There might be several cases that disturbing the personal rights or person's privacy. There is a civil salvation way that stipulated the
compensation damage and regaining the impaired reputation, but those salvation has practical limitations. which means those compensation has been dissatisfied, and those impaired reputations are also unrecoverable entirely.
This brings us a question rather it permits the prohibiton before the infringement of the benefit and protection of the law. In this essay, I will mention about reasoning and requisite of the prohibition demand about the libel by the media in the concrete.
